We are not AOL customers. We had escaped from them long ago. We have no AOL email, nor Web space there, and definitely no Web site with AOL. Unfortunately, search engines will continue to point to that other, dead, site for as long as AOL continues to keep it going. Meanwhile, AOL has so far refused to take the old space down, even though there is no related account. This has gone on for a couple of years now!

They have refused requests from our Web master. They have refused our own repeated, direct demands via telephone and in writing.

AOL insists that we re-join them in order to access and thus kill the already long-dead Web site. This is not about to happen. They will not get a penny more out of us.

As time goes by, prices on that site get more and more out-of-date. We cannot change them. We cannot correct them, nor delete them. This is because AOL will not allow us to access an account which no longer exists.

Again, we must deny responsibility for any products or prices you see at the above AOL address. We do hope that one of their representatives will eventually see this announcement, wake up, and one day maybe even delete the dead site. When we discover that search engines no longer improperly point people to that dead site, we will take down this announcement. However, based on our experience to date, we cannot hold out much hope.
